The grievance of the petitioner, defendant in Title Suit No. 38 of 2018, in this revisional application is that the injunction application filed by the plaintiff/opposite party is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat since the year 2018.

The petitioner seeks a direction from this court for expeditious disposal of the injunction application filed by the opposite party/plaintiff.

From the records, it appears that the injunction application filed by the opposite party/plaintiff is pending before the learned court below for about two years.

Although the petitioner has not served a copy of this application on the opposite party, but in the interest of justice this revisional application is disposed of by directing the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat to dispose of

the injunction application filed by the opposite party/plaintiff positively within July 15, 2021 without granting any adjournment to either of the parties on any ground whatsoever.

Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application along with the server copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date.

The revisional application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible subject to compliance of all usual formalities.
