1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.82 of 2016 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Dantan, District - Paschim Medinipur.

2. It is submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that in the said suit, an application for injunction has also been pending since long and there has been no progress in the suit as such.

3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of notice of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date.

4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Dantan, Paschim Medinipur to dispose of

Title Suit No.82 of 2016 along with the connected applications as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the next date fixed.

5. CO 867 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations. No Costs.
