Mr. Tarak Nath Haldar, learned advocate appears on behalf of the Caveator/opposite party and submits that the order under challenge is arising out of Title Appeal No. 42 of 2019 which since has already been dismissed by the judgment and order dated March 3, 2020, the revisional application has become infructuous. He files photocopy of the said judgment of the Appeal Court below which is taken on record. In view of such development, the revisional application being C.O. 964 of 2020 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities. (Biswajit Basu, J.)
