Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of Kalyani Police Station case no. 62/25 dated 25.01.2025 being registered for investigation but there has been no progress in the said case.

State has submitted a report which reflects that on conclusion of the aforesaid investigation charge-sheet was submitted before the Jurisdictional Court on or about 28.02.2025.

Having considered that charge-sheet has been submitted in connection with the said case, if the petitioner is aggrieved in respect of the outcome of the investigation, petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court with specific prayers under Section 193(9) of the BNSS.

In view of the aforesaid further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 5741 of 2025 is disposed of. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
