For the respondent nos. 6 and 7 The aforesaid matter has been mentioned at the instance of the petitioners and is appearing under the heading "To Be Mentioned". It appears that in the judgment and order dated 27th February, 2023, a typographical error has crept in at the second paragraph of page no.3, sixth line, the date of notification as appearing therein should be corrected and be read as 22nd August, 2014.

It is also jointly submitted by the learned advocates appearing for the parities that the petitioner nos. 1, 5 and 8 in WPA 4645 of 2018 although are otherwise eligible for exercising their options in terms of

paragraphs 11(3) and 11(4) of the Employees' Pension Scheme 1995, their names have not been included in the list of eligible petitioners in the judgment and order dated 27th February, 2023.

Since the advocates for the parties have jointly prayed for inclusion of the names of the petitioner nos. 1, 5 and 8 and that they are otherwise eligible, and since it appears that their names have inadvertently been missed out while recording the said order, let the names of the petitioner nos. 1, 5, and 8 in WPA 4645 of 2018 be included in the list of eligible petitioners in paragraph 9 of the aforesaid judgment.
