By the impugned order, the tribunal was pleased to dismiss the original application.

Learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioners submits that, the authorities described the records of the case. He submits that the writ petitioners secured the cut off marks and were eligible for empanelment and appointment.

The writ petitioners were denied their legitimate expectation. State is represented.

It appears from the records made available to Court that, the writ petitioners participated in a selection process for the purpose of filling up vacancies to the post of Lower Divisional Clerk.

It appears from the records that, written examination and type test were held on several dates. The writ petitioners did not succeed therein. The writ petitioners approached the tribunal by way of an Original Application being OA 1481 of 2007.

Such Original Application was disposed of by an order dated September, 15, 2011 requiring the authorities to consider the case of the writ petitioners. The authorities considered the case of the writ petitioners in terms of such order and passed an order dated January 20, 2012.

By the order dated January 20, 2012, the authorities found that the writ petitioners were not successful in the selection process. The authorities gave the details of the participation of the candidates as also the efforts made by the writ petitioners. The authorities delineated the dates on which, the writ petitioners failed in the examination. The writ petitioners were not included in the list of selected candidates.

Writ petitioners being aggrieved by the order dated January 20, 2012, approached the learned tribunal by way of Original Application 819 of 2012 which was disposed of by the impugned order dated September 25, 2012.

Both the order in original dated January 20, 2012 of the authorities as also the impugned order dated September 25, 2012 are well-reasoned.

Attention of the Court was not drawn to any material to suggest that, the order in Original as also the impugned order suffer from any perversity. In such circumstances, we find no merit in the present writ petition.

WP.ST 55 of 2013 is accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.
