1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2. Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that in connection with title suit being T.S No. 425 of 2025 one ad interim order was passed on 12th November, 2025 by Civil Judge (Jr.

Division) 2nd Court, Chandernagore thereby restraining the defendants from disturbing the peaceful possession and cultivation of the plaintiffs of the suit property.

3. It is submitted that in spite of such ad interim order of injunction dated 12th November, 2025 respondents are acting in contravention to the directions of the Civil Court.

4. Private respondents and State respondents are represented by learned advocates.

5. For implementation of ad interim order of injunction dated 12th November, petitioner needs to approach the Civil Court in accordance with law.

6. Hence, present writ petition is not entertained and same stands dismissed.

7. However, this order shall not be construed as an embargo in the event petitioner take steps as per law.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
