Petitioner alleges that the private respondents affixed padlock in some of the rooms of the premises. As such petitioners are unable to enjoy the property.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents submits that, the respondents are also having share in the property.

Be that as it may, a representation was furnished to the Officer-in-Charge, Suti Police Station dated 08.02.2023 as also to the Inspector-in-Charge of the concerned police station.

In view of the strained relationship between the petitioners and the private respondents, I direct

that the Inspector-in-Charge/Officer-in-Charge of Suti Police Station will forward the information furnished on 08.02.2023 and 22.02.2023 to the Superintendent of Police of the concerned district. The Superintendent of Police would consider the representations within a period of 4 weeks from the date of communication of the order and inform the outcome of his decision to the petitioners within a fortnight from the said date.

In case the information so furnished dated 08.02.2023 and 22.02.2023 are misplaced, notice be issued to the petitioners to submit copies of the said representations to the Office of the Superintendent of Police.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 5860 of 2023 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
