Ms. Manika Sarkar ....for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner ssi Ct 14 submits that there are some incurable defects in the writ petition. As such, the petitioner would not like to press the same and would instead pray for liberty to file a fresh application on the self-same grounds.

On the prayer of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing a fresh application on the self-same grounds. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
