Case No. 168 of 2015 dated 04.05.2015, some of the accused persons are in custody. Their trial may commence immediately.

So far as the 16 persons are concerned against whom all the processes have been exhausted, details be furnished by the Officer-in-charge of Kaliganj Police Station to the Officer-in-charge of Missing Persons Bureau, CID, West Bengal, who would put in efforts in respect of the

steps taken for tracing out the absconding accused persons and submit a monthly progress report to the learned trial court concerned.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 6171 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
