The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his ingress and egress is being obstructed by the private respondents and in spite of informing the police authorities, no action has been taken.

Report submitted by the State be kept on record. A number of police cases have been registered and even in some of the cases on conclusion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted. Be that as it may, the main anxiety of the petitioner is that his free ingress and egress to his own property is being restricted because of the private respondents encroaching upon the adjacent

properties in such a manner that the petitioner cannot enter into the subject property referred to in the writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid, so far as the criminal cases are concerned, the same should be taken to its logical conclusion. However, the police authorities would ensure that if the petitioner enters in his own property, in that case there should not be any breach of peace or tranquility and/or any untoward incident at the behest of the persons against whom the petitioner complains.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 6172 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted, be kept with the record. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be issued to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
