Ms. Sayanti Santra, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that Misc. Case No.45 of 2016 against which the present revisional application has preferred, has been dismissed by the trial court and as such, she does not want to proceed with the present revisional application.

Accordingly, CRR 672 of 2019 is dismissed as withdrawn. Written instruction as produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner be kept with the record.
