1. The police case is dated December 17, 2023.

2. There is an issue of long absconsion of the petitioner before us.

3. Court is informed that proclamation of warrant of arrest was issued on April 20, 2024.

4. In view of the long absconsion of the petitioner and the materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner in kidnapping along with possession of illegal arms, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6. CRM (A) 923 of 2025 is dismissed.
