As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms.

Shayani Das, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The records of the writ petition reflect that information was furnished with the police authorities on or about 31st January, 2024 and the grievance of the petitioner was to the extent that she was being tried to be illegally thrown out from her residence after her father expired. Petitioner claims that she has been gifted the property. Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6 is present.

In view of the nature of the accusations which are appearing in the representation, I find that the same was with regard to incident of January, 2024. More than 16 months have passed since then. If the petitioner is faced with the same inconvenience, she would approach the local police

station i.e. Haripal Police Station. The concerned police station would act in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 6583 of 2024 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
