for the respondents This intra-Court appeal by the writ petitioner is directed against the order dated 8th January, 2019 dismissing the writ petition on the ground of availability of efficacious alternative remedy against the order in original passed by the respondents.

We are, prima faice, of the opinion that there is no error in the order passed by the learned Writ Court. However, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
