The writ petition was placed in the list at the instance of the Bank.

Learned advocate appearing for the Bank submits that, he informed the learned advocate for the petitioner of the pendency in this matter in the list.

None appears for the petitioner despite such notice by the learned advocate for the Bank.

Learned advocate appearing for the Bank submits that, the property involved in the writ petition was taken by the Bank under the provisions of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act, 2002).

The writ petitioner assails an order dated February 2, 2008 passed by the District Magistrate exercising powers under Section 14 of the Act of 2002. I the facts of the present case, since the secured assets stands sold by the Bank, no further interference is called for.

In such circumstances, WPA 4680 of 2018 along with CAN 1 of 2019 (Old CAN 11581 of 2019) are disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.

Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
