The learned advocate representing the appellants/claimants submitted to have filed an application being CAN 2 of 2025, inter alia, stating that the appellant no.1/claimant expired on 2nd October, 2023. The judgment delivered by this Court on 3rd December, 2024 is modified to the extent that the compensation amount is to be disbursed equally amongst the remaining appellant nos.2 to 4/claimants in equal proportion. The legal heirs of the appellant no.1/claimant are already on record.

Accordingly, the application being CAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of.
