Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to correct the typographical error in respect of the respondent nos. 5 and 6 in the cause title of the writ petition. The name of the Gram Panchayat is Pulsita Gram Panchayat.

The petitioner seeks consideration of the representation dated 21st January, 2019 filed before the Pulshita Gram Panchayat.

Without entering into the merit of the representation filed before the Panchayat, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Gram Panchayat to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the necessary parties and pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the parties immediately thereafter.

It is made clear that the Court has not gone into the merit of the case and all points are left open to be decided by the aforesaid respondent at the time of consideration of the representation.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 21st January, 2019 to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of this Court.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
