Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

The police case is dated November 27, 2020.

Apparently, dormant pension schemes lying with the bank were activated using User ID of the petitioner and sum in excess of Rs.85 lakhs defalcated.

In view of the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and in view of the long absconsion of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1061 of 2023 is dismissed.
