1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal assailant. Due to his assault two victims died.

3. In view of the gravity of offence and incriminating materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

5. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
