State has submitted a report which reflects that the petitioner along with his daughter appeared before the concerned police station and prayed for withdrawal of the missing diary. The report also encloses Photostat copies of the letters both of the present petitioner as well as the missing daughter namely, Anisha Nayak.

Having regard to the fact that the girl/daughter of the petitioner has returned

and they have no further grievance so far as the police authorities are considered, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5783 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
