The instant application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of proceedings being G.R. Case No. 267 of 2018 pending before the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta arising out of Burtolla Police Station Case No.22 of 2018 dated 25th February, 2018 under Sections 120B/420/406/384/341/110/506 of the Indian Penal Code. This case is pending from 2018.

Despite of the fact, no one represented for the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the instant case.

Accordingly, the instant application being CRR 710 of 2018 is thus dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned lower court for information.
