Mr. Arijit Ganguly Ms. Monisha Sharma .....For the State The revisional application was preferred in respect of the proceedings relating to Panchla Police Station Case No.217 dated 02.07.2011. The record reflects that at the stage when the petitioner approached this Court the charge-sheet was submitted and the learned Magistrate was pleased to take cognizance by the order dated 03.01.2012.

Ms. Monisha Sharma, learned advocate for the State has submitted a report of the Officer-in-Charge, Panchla Police Station which reflects that in the meantime during the pendency of the revisional application, charge has already been framed and the next date of evidence is fixed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Howrah on 25th February, 2022.

Report submitted before this Court be kept with the records.

Having regard to the change of circumstances which has taken place, I am of the view that no interference can be made by this Court at this stage.

Accordingly, C.R.R. 741 of 2012 is dismissed. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
