It appears from the statement of the de facto complainant which is part of the report that she has no grievance against the petitioners and does not intend to proceed with the matter any further in view of the amicable settlement arrived at between the parties. Since the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties, continuation of the proceedings shall be a futile exercise.

The revisional application is allowed.

The proceeding pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, North 24 Parganas being GR Case no 469 of 2021 arising out of Laketown Police Station Case No.103 of 2021 dated 1st

June, 2021 under Sections 498A/323/406/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code be quashed.

The petitioners be set at liberty at once and be discharged from their bail bonds.

CRAN 1 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
