From the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner itself, it appears that the nature of allegation is partially civil as well as criminal in nature and the writ court is not the appropriate forum.

However, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition and, accordingly, this writ petition being W.P.A. 6640 of 2021 is dismissed.

However, dismissal of this writ petition will not prevent the petitioner from availing appropriate remedy available to him under the law.

Instruction filed by Mr. Ganguly in Court today be kept on record.
