The petitioners seek quashing of GR case no. 1673 of 2022 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldia, Purba Medinipur. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the charges have not been framed by the learned trial Court. The petitioners seek to withdraw the application and file an application under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the learned trial Court seeking their discharge from the case. Such liberty is granted.

CRR 940 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
