Mr. Chakraborty, learned Advocate representing the writ petitioner, by placing before this court the order dated 9th April, 2024 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this court submits that in terms of the liberty granted by the Division Bench, the parties have exchanged their affidavits.

As such, he submits that this matter may be placed in the list for hearing in terms of the direction passed by the Division Bench of this court as aforesaid.

I find that from the order dated 9th April, 2024 the matter was directed to be listed before this court in the week commencing on and from 6th May, 2024. 4.

The aforesaid order had previously not been draw to the notice of this court.

Be that as it may, since in the interregnum the monthly list has already been published, list this

matter in the monthly list of August, 2024 fairly at the top.

Affidavit-in-reply filed in court today be kept on record.
