Kutubuddin ... ... for the State We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim implicates the petitioner in the alleged rape. His prayer for bail was rejected in January, 2020. Delay in the matter is attributable to prevailing pandemic conditions. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
