The petitioner has challenged the continuance of the charge-sheet which has been submitted in connection with Pandua Police Station Case No. 534 of 2022 dated 16.11.2022. Records reflect that charge-sheet was submitted for offences under Sections 341/325/307 of the Indian Penal Code. The list of witnesses relied upon in the charge-sheet also names the Doctor of Pandua Rural Hospital. None of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been enclosed along with the present revisional application. Accordingly, no interference is made in respect of the proceeding under challenge as the same is premature.

The petitioner would be at liberty to take up all the issues at the stage of consideration of charges before the jurisdictional court at the appropriate stage. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 937 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
