In view of the aforesaid, conditions of bail imposed upon the petitioners not to enter the jurisdiction of Tangra Police Station and to report to the Officer-in-charge of the concerned police station within whose jurisdiction they shall presently reside once in a week are waived. They shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever Other conditions of bail shall remain the same. The application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is accordingly, disposed of.
