Petitioners approached this Court when the FIR was registered in connection with Narendrapur Police Station case no. 1121/2023 dated 09.12.2023.

Mr. Karan, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State submits that during the pendency of the writ petition the investigation of the case has been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional Court in connection with the aforesaid case. In view of the aforesaid petitioners would be at liberty to canvas all the issues before the jurisdictional Criminal Court, at the stage of consideration of charges or at the appropriate stage.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 6208 of 2024 is disposed of.
