Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

At the time of call learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that concerned police authority has registered FIR by initiating criminal prosecution being Nowda P.S. Case No.83 of 2026 dated 15th March, 2026 under certain provisions of BNS. However, in the same breath it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in a way FIR was registered by the concerned police authority requires intervention by the appropriate forum.

State respondents are represented by learned advocate who has placed before this Court a communication dated 16th March, 2026 of SubInspector of Police, OC Nowda Police Station and same is taken on record.

Since FIR has been registered, no further order need be passed on this writ petition and same stands disposed of.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps, in accordance with law, if petitioner is not satisfied with the steps taken by the concerned police authorities.
