The present revision is of the year 2020 for expeditious disposal of the NDPS Special Case No.199 of 2018 arising out of Kalyani Police Station Case No.266 of 2018 dated 22nd July, 2018 under Section 20(b)/21(c)/23(c) of the N.D.P.S Act, 1985 pending before the learned Judge, Special Court under NDPS Act, Nadia at Krishnagar.

Mr. Manoranjan Mahata, learned counsel for the State present in court is appointed to represent the State in this case. Let his appointment be regularised.

As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
