The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, during pendency of the application, the petitioner was arrested and thereafter enlarged on bail. As such, the petition for anticipatory bail has become infructuous.

The learned counsel for the State also acknowledges such submission of the petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid, this application for anticipatory bail stands dismissed as infructuous.
