1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.16 of 2015 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) 2nd Court at Baruipur, 24-Parganas (South).

2. Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the aforesaid suit for eviction of the opposite parties, however, despite more than ten years having elapsed, the suit still remaining pending without any substantial progress in the suit.

3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of notice of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior

Division), 2nd Court at Baruipur, 24-Parganas (South) to dispose of Title Suit No.16 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

5. CO 872 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations. No Costs.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Om Narayan Rai, J.)
