The appellants are not represented, nor any accommodation is prayed for.

In view of failure on the part of the appellant to remove the defects pointed out by the stamp reporter on July 6, 2021, the appeal stands dismissed.

Let it be recorded that in spite of giving several opportunities to the appellant to remove the defects, no attempt has been made by the appellant to remove such defect. This matter shall be placed before the learned Registrar Administration (L & OM) for the purpose to find out the reasons for placing the matter before the stamp reporter on July 6, 2021, that is, after almost twenty years from the date of presentation of the appeal.

There will be no order as to costs.
