The Court is not satisfied with the procedure adopted by the authorities of Maheshpur Gram Panchayat in dealing with the complaint filed by the petitioners regarding unauthorized construction. The Court also finds that there has not been any substantial compliance of the order of this Court dated February 27, 2019.

Under such circumstances, one last chance is given to the authorities of the Maheshpur Gram Panchayat, to comply with the order and file a compliance report on June 9, 2022.

It is made clear that all the directions, which have been passed by this Court earlier, shall be followed in its letter and sprit and the actions shall be taken upon notice to all the parties. Failure to file the compliance report on the next date, shall compel the Court to take stringent steps against the panchayat authority.
