The present revision is of the year 2020 filed praying for expeditious disposal of the proceeding being G.R. No.69 of 2017 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, North 24 Parganas arising out of Bidhannagar (North) Police Station Case No.21 of 2017 under Section 420/406 of the IPC.

Mr. Bitasok Banerjee, learned counsel for the State present in court is appointed to represent the State in this case. Let her appointment be regularised.

As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
