Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is co-owner of the hotel where sexual exploitation of the victims including minor was carried on. Bail prayer of the coaccused has been turned down earlier. 3.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
