Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for seven months. The incident happened at a spur of the moment. Petitioner is innocent of the charges and she may be released on bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the Case Diary and referred to the post-mortem report along with the Statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. of the mother of the deceased.

I have taken into account the same and the manner in which the petitioner and her husband, are responsible for killing the son of the de-facto complainant, as such I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at the stage.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 710 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
