Materials in the case diary suggest involvement of the petitioner in the offences alleged and requirement of investigating into his role.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 795 of 2024 is dismissed.
