Petitioner will deposit the original Power of Attorney by 26th of March, 2025 and will also provide specimen signatures whenever the Court fixes a date for the same.

The investigation has commenced only on 20th of February, 2025 and the same is in progress.

Learned advocate appearing for the HDFC Bank submits that he has no issues in respect of the investigation being proceeded in accordance with law. Bank will be at liberty to take steps in accordance with law before the Tribunal, in case they are pursuing any remedy for recovery of the amount which has been parted by them.

To that extent if contest is required contesting parties obviously will be notified.

The investigating agency will proceed with the investigation by putting in efforts and take the same to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 5762 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
