Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having considered the materials on record and the nature of extent of complicity in the commission of alleged offence as well as the nature of injury sustained, we are of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the petitioners may not be necessary and they may be released on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousands only) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and co-operate with the investigation and meet the I.O. once in a week subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973.
