2. The order passed by the Assessor Collector Tolly Tax Department dated 11th February, 2025 is placed on record.

3. It appears that the prayer of the petitioner seeking mutation has been disallowed. The said order gives rise to a fresh cause of action. The legality and validity of the said order cannot be adjudicated in the contempt application.

4. In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of.

5. It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the said order before the competent forum, in accordance with law, if so advised.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
