1. None appears for the appellant.

2. Ms. De Bardhan, learned counsel appears for the State.

3. The order dated 5th February, 2025 passed in WPA 1893 of 2025 is the subject-matter of challenge in this intra-Court appeal. The learned Single Judge opined that the dispute between the parties is already pending in civil Court. The nature of dispute can be decided by the jurisdictional civil and criminal courts. In the meantime, the police authorities were directed to keep a strict vigil to ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place. In our opinion, the learned Single Judge has taken

a plausible view. It appears that the appellant has lost interest in the matter. For these twin reasons, the appeal is dismissed.
