None appears on behalf of the opposite party. It appears that the instant revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned order dated 18th February, 2011 whereby learned Trial Court rejected the application filed by the plaintiff with prayer for amendment.

It further appears that the instant revisional application is pending since the year 2011. There is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioners have lost their interest to proceed with the present application. Accordingly, CO/810/2011 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
