This writ petition relates to appointment in the post of Clerk (Group-C) in Melera High School at Raipur, Bankura. The selection process was initiated in the year 2007. I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
