Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record. Petitioner was earlier on bail granted in CRM 2917 of 2009. Copies were ready but however none of the accused persons received the same situation went to such an extent that the learned ACJM, Arambagh, Hooghly had to issue warrant of arrest against the petitioner. Having regard to the nature of the offence but giving him an opportunity, I direct the learned ACJM, Arambagh, Hooghly that in case the petitioner appears by 19th April, 2024 and prays for bail, the learned court would allow the petitioner to continue on the same bail but on furnishing a fresh bond which would be the title deed of a property within the jurisdiction of Arambagh Sub Division.

The petitioner after surrendering will meet with the Inspector-in-Charge/Officer-in-Charge of Arambagh PS once in a month for a period of six months. If the petitioner do not surrender by 19th April, 2024, the learned ACJM, Arambagh, Hooghly would proceed to harsher process of law by adhering to Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on the next working day.

CRR 946 of 2024 is disposed of.
