Samarendra Kumar Rudra v. Bulbul Chatterjee

13.2.2023 ct.33, sl no.3 sk C.R.A. 181 of 2004 In the matter of : Samarendra Ku. Rudra The CRA 181 of 2004 was filed without an application for condonation of delay under Section 5 of the Limitation Act.

The learned advocate for the appellant was directed to remove the defects by order dated 31.1.2005 of this court within a fortnight from date, in default, put up for final orders. However, the said order was not complied with.

Under such circumstances, the instant appeal of CRA 181 of 2004 is not admitted and accordingly, disposed of.
