The petitioner's application for transfer on the general ground of distance made sometime in the year 2026 is still pending. The School Authority has issued No Objection and declaration but has been unable to forward the same to the concerned District Inspector Schools (SE), Nadia.

Since the Utsashree portal is presently suspended, the respondents will consider the application on offline mode.

The School Authority is directed to forward the said application along with No Objection and declaration by June 30, 2026 to the respondent no. 5, the DI (SI) who shall accept the same for expeditious onward progression of the application.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 7.
